Yoga is Amazing! 

My affection for Yoga has grown from a simple hobby I adored into a determination to make it my career. 

There are many benefits of yoga. It is a calming and soothing experience that helps me ease into relaxation. The experience helps clear  and sharpen  the mind— it is easier to be with one self through the process. In addition, it is a great stress reliever—both mentally and physically. I feel revitalized and reborn after each session.

There are many obstacles when practicing yoga, overcoming the challenges is similar to stepping over the thresholds of life. That is the way I like it—full of challenges, sweat and joy, highs and lows. I enjoy seeing students in class face the challenges. When a student has accomplished the goal and exclaims, "I have finally done it!" It makes me happy for them. 

To be a yoga instructor as my career is an honor. Everyday, the students and I embark on a journey with our practice—we search, we experience, we enjoy and sharing. It is a truly rewarding feeling that cannot be topped.
